President & CEO
Shane Hudson has been with CKF Addiction Treatment since 2010 serving in multiple leadership roles and began his current position in April 2018. As President and CEO, Shane is responsible for overall agency analysis, strategy, and innovation to serve CKF’s patients as services expand into the future.
CHIEF OPERATIONS & Compliance OFFICER
Loni Pruitt began at CKF in 2018 as the Human Resources Coordinator and has twelve years of experience in the Human Resources field. As the Operations Officer, she oversees Human Resources, Prevention and Wellness, Clerical, and Maintenance staff. She is also responsible for maintaining documentation for CARF accreditation and is the agency privacy officer.
Chief Financial Officer
Michelle Wisbey has been with CKF Addiction Treatment since 2009. As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the financial operations of the company along with our EHR system, CareLogic.
Chief Clinical Officer
Kimberly Spencer serves as the Chief Clinical Officer and has been with CKF Addiction Treatment since 2015. Kimberly oversees our hospital based programs along with our outpatient and residential substance use disorder programs. Kimberly works diligently to ensure patients receiving service through these programs benefit from a high standard of care.

Jessica Eckels has been with the company since 2013. She served as a counselor prior to transitioning into the Chief Experience Officer role. In this position she serves as the interface between CKF and the patients before, during, and after services to focus on patient experience and outcome data. Jessica also oversees Quality and Carelogic functions.
Dr. David Dupy, M.D.
Dr. Dupy has been the Medical Director for CKF since 2018. He oversees the APRN and Residential Nursing staff. Dr. Dupy ensures that clients receiving services in Residential or the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program get appropriate healthcare.

director of pathfinder services
Don Greene has been with CKF since 2004. When the Pathfinder Recovery Center was opened in 2010, he served as a Recovery Coach for eight years before becoming the Director of Pathfinder Services. He is responsible for overseeing all Recovery Coaches and planning the annual Recovery Month Celebrations.
director of Residential Services
Candace Acheson has been with CKF since 2007, serving in several CKF programs. She began her current position in October of 2019. As Director of Residential Services, she oversees the day-to-day programing and well-being of detox and residential patients and staff.
director of Outpatient Services
Chris Bell serves as the Director of Outpatient Services and has been with the organization since 2002. Chris oversees all Outpatient Services at our Salina, McPherson, and Abilene locations. He works with the Counselors, Assessors, and Case Managers to provide exceptional services when clients first arrive.

Michaela Loxterman has been with CKF since 2015. As the Director of Hospital Services, she oversees operation of our hospital services, and is responsible for hospital service expansion throughout Kansas.
