Kansas Connecting Communities (KCC) is a HRSA grant that we have been involved in for the past 3 years with a 4th year starting soon. We were asked by KDHE and KU to partner with them on this grant in an effort to provide better access and care to pregnant and postpartum women in rural parts of the state.
