Payments & Insurance
Billing rates are based off the level of care you are receiving. Once you complete an assessment, our team will be able to provide you an accurate cost for the service.
Insurance
CKF accepts Medicaid and Commercial Insurance.
CKF also receives Block Grant funding through the state which covers qualifying individuals who are 200% or below federal poverty guidelines and are without health insurance. If you have health insurance and otherwise qualify for this funding, the Block Grant will pay as your secondary payer.
Most insurances pay for assessments and their agreed upon, contracted rate. If you are getting an evaluation for a court, the cost is $150 out of pocket as health insurance does not pay for court evaluations required by legal proceedings.

Payments are accepted via our website, ckfaddictiontreatment.org., via phone, or in person.
We accept cash, check, debit card, and credit card payments.
CKF does offer sliding scale rates for treatment services. The cost is dependent on number of people in household and income. Our admit counselor will walk you through the process or you can contact our billing department for further information.
DUI evals and education classes are NOT eligible for the sliding scale.
