What is Telehealth?
CKF Telehealth Addiction Treatment utilizes secure video conferencing software that can be easily added as an app to your smart phone or downloaded to your home computer. This will allow you to access needed services directly from the comfort of your home.
Professional staff can connect with you to provide an intake assessment, individual sessions, and daily treatment groups.
We also offer access to our 24/7 support and digital wellness phone application, myStrength.
What are the Benefits?
Access to Care
For patients who are located in rural or medically underserved areas with limited access to clinical specialty care, telehealth provides linkage to much-needed care.
CKF Addiction Treatment is able to provide patients with direct access to a highly specialized team of addiction professionals, delivering individualized care to patients safely and securely.
Increased access to health and care through technology means that we are able to quickly assess and diagnose symptoms and complications.
In addition, early detection of addiction health issues may lead to better overall health of the patient, reduction in acute care/hospitalizations, and positive patient health outcomes.
Telehealth can reduce the cost of health and care and increase efficiency through better care coordination, and overall management of the complex and chronic disease of addiction.
